I have been going there and nobody answered me, they keep giving me phone numbers and emails. Then they called me and they said someone would call which nobody did. I have been sending emails and no answer.
He had paid almost 200 for the Any Lab test and had to spend 400 dollars more. Because he couldn’t miss his flight he had to pay for a test that would be delivered in one hour. On Sunday, the day he was traveling, he still haven’t received any email from the company and since they were closed no one answered us. He went on the Friday and asked again the staff and they said it would be delivered 24/48 maximum, which would on Sunday. Terrible customer service My husband did the Covid 19 PCR test for traveling and before doing it I called them to make sure the test would be delivered on time which they said it would. I can assure you we treat all customers and staff from all background with the same dignity and respect and if you ever experience anything different in the future please feel free to reach out again and we will review our security footage and open an investigation to ensure it will not happen again. He had not paid for services nor was disrespected in anyway, only asked to wait his turn. Your husband was simply asked to wait until his appointed time or as soon as the customers in front of him was taken care of at that time he decided to leave and not perform any services. There were other customers already registered and checked in and paid for services, waiting to receive said servic es. We have investigated your statements in your review and see that your husband had a 9:30 appointment and registered for his appointment at 9:11AM. We are currently working on obtaining more staff to better process the increase in customers during this hectic time in the Lab industry with the current Pandemic. I do apologize for your experience Saturday as it was a very busy morning. I learned my lesson, and going forward will rely on established, more competent labs. Unbelievable! Unsafe and ridiculous to say the least. And if this wasn’t enough, the lab sent my results to the wrong doctor, violating my privacy rights! Traumatized by the experience, I contacted the owner of the clinic, who was rude, sarcastic, unprofessional and tried to placate me by offering free vitamins. I was forced to call another nurse because I didn’t feel safe with her. First, when I had to register with the receptionist, the poor lady input my date of birth FOUR times incorrectly! Not 1 or 2 or 3 times, but 4 times! She then withdrew blood from me and unfortunately left me with big blue bruises on my arm. In my case, everything went wrong from beginning to end. It’s cheaper than other labs, but it’s not because it’s cheap that they are entitled to treat you with such poor service. Please do yourself a favor and don’t get your lab tests at Any Lab Test Lab.
